Activity Day Camp

Karsyn missed two days of gymnastics last week to attend her Church Activity Day Camp.  The theme this year was "oh, the places you'll go and the person you'll become".  They got to learn new skills and talents for two days.  She loved her leaders who just happened to be two girls from our ward, Brynn and Kati.  Her favorite activities were learning how to make friendship bracelets and water fun (it was in the 90's!).  This is Karsyn on her final day of camp.  She let her leaders draw freckles, a mustache and gotee on her during craft time.

Kennedy also went up to camp to teach one of the classes.  She and her friend 'Tana taught all the girls a dance that they performed for the mother's after the mother-daughter dinner.

What a great idea. I asked our Primary president about this camp, and she had no idea. I am wondering if it is not church wide?
